Steffin Hill Extension

During my childhood, the longest our family ever lived in one place was from 1957 to 1967 when we lived on Steffin Hill Extension. The house had a large lot and a lovely view of the western Pennsylvania hills. It was while living there that I began writing letters. In this blog I continue the tradition, with irregular updates on my life and times.

Okay so I did hit my weight loss goal for the week--and then some, sort of (grumble grumble). Technically, by week's end my average daily weight for the week was 202.6. This means I was down 1.7 pounds from last week. However, this morning's weigh-in was 203.5, only .8 less than last week's daily average. The mixed result taught me not to cheat. :)

In other news, it's snowing again out there. We're apparently having an extremely atypical March, with temps much lower and snowfall much more, than normal. So our interesting first year in Calgary continues.

Well, lots of stuff on the go today, so can't linger over the keyboard today. Catch ya next time!
